I would grout to the ceiling with the same colour as the rest of the walls and as silicone does not paint over i would only recommend decorators caulk.
1 cut last tile and make it into two tiles 2 leave the gap and grout with flex grout 3 use a bull nose tile and cut last tile shorter to accomodate the bull nose tile.
Hard to make a really nice transition from the wall tile to the textured ceiling.
If you end up with a small cut start with a half tile at the bottom.
Make your space appear taller by extending an accent stripe up to the ceiling.
