Tilt door springs sit on either side of the door stretching from the bottom corners up to the door s hinge arms. As the one piece door opens the extension spring continues to pull down on the lever arm. The extension spring pulls on the other end helping the door open. Simply check these springs to ensure they remain as one continuous unbroken piece.

The holmes hally p730 30 in. As the door opens the extension spring contracts and loses its pull. Constructed with heavy duty steel the e900 has a maximum weight capacity of 350 pounds. Two p730 springs one on each side of the door can handle a 90 lbs.
